12 Claremont is a five storey artist owned art space in Hastings town centre The business is run on a social enterprise model with a small proportion of commercial lets subsidising the lower rates charged to artists for studio space.
The occupants of the building are selected to provide a vibrant and dynamic mix of creative enterprises.

The aim is to ensure that commercial, community and creative groups who use the building will interact, inspire each other and create a mutually supportive network which can develop beyond the confines of the building and have a lasting impact on the quality of arts activity in Hastings.
